In this story we see the world through the eyes of Gracie, the laughingstock of all the children in Jubilee Terrace. Her ill-tempered manner and her scolding voice are her only weapons of defense. One day as Gracie creeps upstairs to check on her sick grandmother, she opens the door and is astonished at the scene before her!
